The office, based in Montevideo, was founded by Camilo Méndez. He is graduated from Faculdad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo, UdelaR in Montevideo, Uruguay. He has collaborated with various architectural and archviz firms in Montevideo and other countries since then. His work has been awarded several times. In 2018 he won the Housing Raffle Competition in Uruguay, wich was also nominated by the Mies Crown Hall Americas Price in 2022.
